We are scheduling appointments for all services. If you have been waiting to schedule your pet’s wellness exam, elective procedure, or any other type of appointment, please call us at 585-334-1550 to discuss the best time to bring your pet in to see us.
For now, we are offering curbside check-in, check-outs, appointments and other services. Kindly call our hospital from your car when you arrive for your appointment. All communication regarding the exam, estimates, and diagnostic results will take place over the phone.
Medication requests or non-emergency pet concerns should be e-mailed to email@example.com. We will be monitoring this e-mail account to provide timely replies. For non-emergencies please use this e-mail, recent call volume has been higher than normal during operations and we would like to address emergency cases as a priority.
We continue to fill prescriptions and diets which you can pick up curbside at our hospital. Please be sure to call ahead and when you arrive.
